David A. Bellinger

David Alfred Bellinger 101 of Roseville, IL passed away Saturday June 17, 2017 at Roseville Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Roseville, IL. He was born September 25 1915 in Alexis, IL the son of Charles Lee and Laura (Mustoe-Johnson) Bellinger. He married Majel G. Bull on June 1, 1941 in the Methodist Church, Reynolds, IL. She preceded April 6, 2010. He is survived by one daughter Patricia (Bill) Wainman of Roseville, IL; two grandchildren Brad (Jolece) Wainman of Smithshire, IL, and Gwen (Van) Thompson of Chillicothe, IL; 4 great grandchildren Makayla, and Jesslin Wainman, and Benjamin, and Alexis Thompson. One Brother Charles Bellinger of Reynolds, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Gladys (Johnson) Bell

David lived in both Reynolds and Alexis, IL before moving to Roseville in 1950 where he worked for the Implement Dealership and then was a salesman for Bagley's. David was a farmer. He also sold Pekin Insurance. David also served Roseville State Bank for 26 years. He was a teller, Loan Officer and also CEO, he was also on the board of Directors and He retired in 1983. He was a member of the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday June 22, 2017 at the Wise Family Funeral Home in Roseville, IL. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Roseville Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church or Warren County Library Roseville Branch.
