Debra Rose McHenry-Stokes, 57, of Monmouth died at 11:30 a.m. Monday, October 22, 2012 at home.
She was born January 26, 1955 in Monmouth, the daughter of Babe and Helen (Bader) Talley. She was raised and educated in Monmouth.
She married Donnie Stokes in Monmouth and he preceded her in death in 2000.
Debra worked as a waitress, bartender, and a C.N.A at local nursing homes. She liked to play bingo and have a tottie.
She is survived by three sons: Steve McHenry, Sean McHenry, and Jason Stokes all of Monmouth; three sisters, Bev Nelson of Monmouth, Kathy (Robert) Lamb of Galesburg, and Linda of Texas; and two brothers, Mike (Sandy) Talley of Racine, Wisconsin, and Curt (Heidi) Byland of Chicago, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister.
