Eva M. Freeland

Eva M. Freeland, 102, of Macomb, IL passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018, 1:50 a.m. at the Heartland Healthcare Center Macomb, IL.  She was born Thursday September 23, 1915 in Smithshire, IL the daughter of Walter Ellis and Ina Mae (Houlton) Flood.  She married Bert Freeland on August 9, 1934 in Oquawka, IL; he preceded her in death on May 28, 1954.

She is survived by her children Mary Gregory of Colchester, IL, Donald Sprout of Roseville, IL, Robert (Hope) Freeland of Washington, IL and Charles Robert Livingston of Kirksville, MO; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters, husband, Children (Betty Sprout, Bonnie M. Livingston, Eva Marie “Peggy” (Jerry) McBride, James D. Freeland, Leon Gregory) and 2 grandchildren (Diane and Doug).

She worked at Wells Pet Foods in Monmouth retiring in 1985.

Funeral service will be Saturday May 26, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at the Wise Family Funeral Home Roseville, IL. Burial will be in the Roseville Township Cemetery Roseville, IL.  Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Wise Family Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to MDH Hospice and or R.S.P.& E.
