She was preceded in death by her parents,1 brother Herbert Foreman and three sisters Eva Casson, Neta Stewart, and Hazel Davison. She was raised and educated in Monmouth. Florence was a homemaker. She was also a secretary for Pioneer Seed in Champaign and later for Dekalb Seed in Monmouth. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Monmouth. She was an avid bowler and golfer.
