Jeffrey L. Garrett

Jeffrey L. Garrett, 58, of Little York, IL passed away Tuesday December 20, 2016, 9:25 a.m. at his home. He was born Tuesday April 15, 1958, in Galesburg, IL the son of Billie and Betty (Hainline) Garrett. He married Nancy Cash on August 23, 1994 and later divorced in 2006.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother Betty; children Paige Garrett of Alexis, IL, and Drew Garrett of Little York, IL; two brothers Dan Garrett of Gerlaw, IL, and Howard Garrett of Monmouth, IL. He was preceded in death by his father and 1 sister.

He coached baseball, basketball, and football. He wasn't afraid of hard work and loved his family. He always wanted to do the best he could for his children as they were his life.

Funeral service will be Tuesday December 27, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at the Wise Family - Hoover Hall Funeral Home Alexis, IL. Visitation will be Monday evening December 26, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Wise Family - Hoover Hall Funeral Home Alexis, IL. Burial will be in Gerlaw Cemetery Gerlaw, IL.
