Len P. Shamblin, 74, of Galesburg, IL passed away Thursday September 28, 2017, 11:20 a.m. at the Rosewood Care Center of Galesburg, IL. He was born Monday August 23, 1943 in Ponemah, IL the son of Clinton and Margaret (Smith) Shamblin.
Those left to cherish his memory are sister June Grabowski of Galesburg, IL and brother Charles Shamblin of Galesburg, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers (Richard, Walt, Eddie, Dale, and Wayne) and sisters (Mary and Ruby).
He was a Laborer at Koppers in Galesburg for 32 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a celebration of life is pending. Memorials may be made to the Monmouth Police Dept. and/or Warren County Sheriff Dept. Wise Family Hoover Hall Funeral Home Monmouth, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
