Lori L. Menke

Lori L. Menke 52 of Roseville, Il died October 27, 2021, at her home with her Husband and son by her side. She was born July 31, 1969, in Canton, Il the daughter of Charles F. and Shirley Joan (Lafary) Wust. She married Douglas Menke April 24, 1999.

Lori is survived by her Husband Doug of Roseville, Her son Gunnar Menke of Roseville, Il. Her mother Joan Wust of Smithfield, Il and her two sisters Linda (Jim) Bainter of Peoria and Leigh (Don) Hines of Cuba, Il. survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Lori was a volunteer wish granter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation for twenty years. She worked at Western Illinois R.OTC Reserve officer training corps. She was an office manager at Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Peoria. Lori was a peer ambassador at Spoon River College. She was an EMT. Lori was highly active in her Cuba High School Reunions.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday October 30,2021 at 11:00 am at the Wise Family Funeral Home in Roseville, Il. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown, Il. Memorials may be made to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
